Country Bakery and Covered Bridge

If the Cider Mill is the heart, then Eagle Mills Country Bakery surely is the lifeblood. Only 100 feet down stream from the Mill, the luscious aroma emanating from the Bakery drifts through the air, drawing like a magnet and inviting one to sample some of the sweet treats offered here. The Bakery features wonderful "from scratch" pies as well as a full compliment of turnovers, strudels and other goodies. You'll be able to watch the famous Eagle Mills Cider Donuts being made on the spot, and take home a dozen to savor the pleasant memory of your day at Eagle Mills.

The focal point of this pristine setting varies. Everywhere you look is a photographer's delight. The Eagle Mills Covered Bridge captures the eye, beckoning one to drive or walk across, or tarry on it for awhile, listening to the soothing sounds of the Mill Stream below. This bridge, known as a Town Lattice covered bridge, named for its heavy, lattice-like framework, is NY's only double walkway and drive through Covered Bridge.
