Eagle Mills Cider Co. Craig Boyko, Proprietor
The Cider Mill and Press
In autumn, the Cider Mill at Eagle Mills comes alive! This is a place that blends the beauty of the season with a feel for early America.
A place where the foliage brightly towers over a pristine pond and waterfall. A place where the crackling sounds of a mill stream are mixed with the echoes of laughing children.
Where the mouthwatering aroma of sweet cider and fresh baked pies cuts the air in a setting as genuinely American as a Rockwell painting.

Within a rustic frame, the apple cider is made before your very eyes. Interesting and educational, proprietor Craig Boyko takes his customers step by step through the cider-making process.
Produced on a 50 bushel antique knuckle joint press dating back
to 1907, power for the press is mechanically driven through a
system of belts and pulleys and originates from the Fitz overshot water wheel
outside the Mill. In 1928, this same water wheel
generated power for 2 homes and a dance hall in nearby
Butterfield Lake.
